Rafael Dunin better known as “Rafa” has been an active licensed skydiver since 2012, and a skydiving/wind tunnel coach since 2018. He has since logged around 5,000 skydives and around 500+ hours in the wind tunnel. A well rounded flyer in all disciplines but, tends to focus on dynamic and tracking/angle flying with concentration on clean movement, awareness, and theory.
Laid-back but fully dialed, Rafa built his skillset through years of training in the sky/wind tunnel, attending many skill camps, watching films, asking questions, and trading ideas with top flyers around the world. His obsession with understanding the “why” behind flying is what shaped his coaching style — simple, intentional, progression-driven, with an emphasis on theory.
In 2020, he co-founded Team Lost Boys with Gil, creating a space for flyers who want to have fun, push themselves, stay humble, and keep the stoke alive.
Gil Guevara
Gilberto I. Guevara, known as Gil, is a Venezuelan-born skydiver who has been chasing the sky since 2016. He started his journey at Skydive DeLand, which is now his year round home. From the beginning, Gil knew he wanted to turn flying into a career, throwing himself fully into the sport and spending two years flying full time at iFLY to sharpen his bodyflight foundation.
He brought that tunnel experience straight into the sky, and by 2020 he was coaching at major events and building progression focused camps around the world. That same year, he teamed up with Rafael Dunin to launch Team Lost Boys. What started as small, tight-knit camps has grown into high energy events with 27–45 flyers, pushing hard, learning fast, and building a community that returns season after season.
Wildly charismatic but thoughtful, Gilberto’s flying is rooted in intention, awareness, and clean movement. Skydiving isn’t just what he does — it’s who he is. And he’s still just getting started.
